Meet Andrew

Andrew Toce, M. Ed, MBA, LPC, CMPC

Andrew is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) who works with athletes, performers, and high-achievers to improve both performance and overall well-being. He blends sport psychology, mental performance consulting, and clinical counseling into a practical, person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach. Andrew works with athletes in hockey, golf, soccer, volleyball, and other sports to build confidence, focus, emotional control, mental toughness, and consistency under pressure. He also works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and performance-related challenges, always starting with the person first and building from there.

In addition to his private practice work, Andrew is a Certified Golf Psychology Expert (IGPA), listed in the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health & Sport Psychology Registry, serves as a mental performance consultant for D1, D2, and D3 programs, is an Adjunct Professor of Sport Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University and is a Supervisor for Athletic Counseling students at Springfield College.

His goal is simple: help people find their “why”, build the mental skills that support it, and create meaningful, lasting change—whether that’s in sport, performance, or life.
