At Deep Breaths Counseling & Mental Performance, we provide sport psychology and mental performance consulting for athletes, teams, and high performers who want to compete with confidence, consistency, and mental toughness.

 

We help athletes develop the mental skills that drive performance, focus, confidence, resilience, emotional control, and composure under pressure. Our services are grounded in sport psychology research and delivered through practical, results-driven mental performance training.

 

Andrew and Katie are Certified Mental Performance Consultants® (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) -- the gold-standard credential in the field of sport psychology.

 

We work with athletes in:

  • Baseball & Softball

  • And many other sports

Every athlete or team begins with an assessment and clear goal-setting process. From there, we build a personalized mental performance plan using proven sport psychology techniques.
